How long does the Breaking the Loop program last?

You'll get through the full arc across four modules. During the live launch, pacing is spread across 4 weeks. Once recordings are available on-demand, the program is self-paced. The live program runs on Sundays at 11am ET, August 2 - August 29.

Is this live or self-paced?

Both. Join the live guided program starting August 2, or work through it on your own using the replay whenever it fits your schedule.

How do I sign up?
